by using the same old-world techniques passed down through family
generations. As his business grew, he created long-term contracts
with small local farms to ensure a choice selection of fresh
vegetables. Greg naturally cures the vegetables raw in small
batches, which ensures a consistent, rich flavor. The batches
are married and jarred fresh, creating harmonious flavor that
defines “That Pickle Guy” products.
